We are looking for a creative and motivated Website Developer to join our growing Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience and a passion for designing and building visually stunning, user-friendly websites. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing website concepts to life — from initial design and coding to final implementation — ensuring they align with our company’s goals and brand standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, ReactJS, Framer, and Squarespace
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver visually engaging, user-centric websites
Test, debug, and optimize websites for performance, usability, and speed
Ensure all websites are responsive and compatible across devices and browsers
Regularly update website content and features to keep them fresh and relevant
Monitor site traffic, analytics, and performance to identify and implement improvements
Stay current with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in website development (internships and freelance projects welcome)
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related programming languages
Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Joomla
Strong eye for detail, creativity, and problem-solving
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
